The Inclusion Worker is responsible for providing high quality early learning and care for children and ensuring children with additional support needs have every opportunity for meaningful involvement, and equal access to the benefits of the program by coordinating the provision of developmental services. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and inclusive learning environment where the needs of all children and families are met. Job Summary
The Director will oversee the daily operations of our licensed Daycare Program, providing care for 42-45 infants in a high-quality early learning environment. Operating as part of a larger non-profit organization, the Director reports to the Co-Executive Directors.
The role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, program planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with families. Bookkeeping, payroll, and human resources are managed by the central administrative team, allowing the Director to concentrate on delivering a stable, developmentally appropriate program that aligns with Manitoba Early Learning and Childcare standards.
The Director works closely with early childhood educators and collaborates with a parent committee to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement of the program. Responsibilities also include mentoring staff and students, maintaining licensing requirements, and representing the daycare in community and stakeholder relationships.

CCA Substitute/Causal
We are looking for someone who is available as a substitute for when staff need time off and casual work over the summer to cover staff holidays. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with all ages. This is a great opportunity for a university student or someone semi-retired looking to get a few days or work here and there.
You must have your current CPR/first aid, criminal records check and child abuse check. 40hour course not needed but definitely a plus.
CCA School Age
This is a split shift position in our school age program located in the Riverbend School. You will be given 8 hours a day full time. Inservices and summer, Xmas and Spring break will be a regular full time shift with no split.

Little Saints Learning Centre Inc. (LSLC) is seeking an experienced ECE III to fill the position of Executive Director.
The LSLC Executive Director will report directly to the LSLC Board of Directors and the Early Learning and Child Job Summary:
Care (ELCC), Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning child care learning coordinator as assigned. This individual will have responsibility over the administrative and service delivery aspects of Little Saints programs. This position will supervise an assistant director, a site supervisor and 20+ staff currently providing care for 86 children (preschool and infant) plus a 40-space school age summer program that runs July-August. Our main sites are open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in filings and reporting to ELCC and the board.
- Formulates the annual operating budget according to provincial funding guidelines to submit for Board approval and for audit.
- Oversees and manages enrollment at all LSLC sites, with support from the assistant director and site supervisor.
- Supports the Board through frequent and open communication and advises when new policies are needed or old policies need to be revisited.
- Facilitates monthly meetings, prepares reports, and implements all approved policies.
- Facilitates the recruitment, selection, hiring and orientation of all new LSLC staff in accordance with licensing requirements to meet the staffing needs of the centres. Ensures that all hiring procedures and practices are compliant with the current Government of Manitoba Labour Laws.
- Supports training and professional development of LSLC staff, including arranging Circle of Security training for new staff.
- Conducts ongoing informal and annual formal performance evaluations of centre staff and site leads.
- Ensures that all approved policies are implemented with appropriate training, monitoring and follow-up. The ED will continue to ensure LSLC policies are compliant with Child and Family Services Act; The Community Child Care Standards Act; The Human Rights Code; Criminal Code of Canada; The Regulated Health Professions Act, Public Health requirements, Workplace Safety and Health requirements, and Employment Standards.

Early Childhood Educator II
SLC is looking for an ECE II for our programs in Anola, Manitoba. The successful applicant will be working with Preschool and School-aged children. Our program offers Early Childhood Education and care to 8 Infants, 32 Preschool, and 45 School-aged children. Our wages are competitive and based on training and experience. The successful applicant will have an 8 hour shift between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer paid planning time for group leaders, pension plan, benefits, sick days, and opportunities for professional development including two eight-hour Professional Development days per year.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full time ECE II to join our Preschool Program at our PR247 facility in La Salle.
Position Summary:
An Early Childhood Educator is responsible for implementing their child development knowledge while providing quality care with a child centered approach to the children participating in the childcare program.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Actively develop relationships with children, families and coworkers for the purpose of the participant’s health, safety and well-being
- Ensure ELCC (Early Learning and Child Care) regulations and Best Practices are adhered to
- Follow and implement Emergent Curriculum
- Provide a respectful environment where children can learn in all areas of development
- Follow child’s lead when planning, implementing and participating in developmentally appropriate play experiences, both indoors and outdoors
- Prepare and serve nutritious/allergy safe food in accordance with Canada’s Food Guide
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of program space, equipment and supplies to ensure good and safe working order
- Effectively supervise and monitor children in the program
- Administer medications for children as needed
- Document incidents and follow proper protocol
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate changes to program delivery when necessary
- Implement child development knowledge into all aspects of programming
- Attend meetings and professional development opportunities as requested
