Full Description

The Rady JCC Early Learning Centres is looking to hire an ECE II for a temporary full time Floor Supervisor position at our David and Ruth Asper Early Learning Centre Location, at 1710 Grosvenor Avenue. This position will start on September 2nd, 2025 and end on September 2026, with a possibility of extension. This is a perfect position for someone that wants to acquire experience in a leadership position. 

We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire and guide our team in a child-centered program. This position shares time on the floor with administrative duties in the office. 

We are looking for an ECE II that is committed to Early Learning and their own Professional Development. This is a position with the following benefits:

The Ideal Candidate Is

The ideal candidate needs to have:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as an ECE II
  • A current Manitoba ECE II Certificate.
  • Clear and current Child Abuse and Criminal Record Checks within the last three months.
  • Current Emergency First Aid CPR-C
  • Knowledge in Reggio Emilia Approach principles or is eager to learn
  • Willingness to learn about the Jewish culture and traditions
  • Positive attitude and is willing to work cooperatively with a team of educators
  • Be nurturing and follows positive behaviour techniques 
  • Be familiar and understand ELCC’s Best Practices policies and procedure
