MCCA is very proud of our history, our success, and the support of Manitoba’s early learning and child care workforce. Although we still faced many challenges in 2021, we were moving towards things returning to normal. The 2021 Annual Report is available to view or download.

MCCA is very proud of our history, our success, and the support of Manitoba’s early learning and child care workforce. With an imminent provincial election and continued investments under the Canada-Manitoba Canada-wide ELCC Agreement, 2023 was a busy year for the sector and for MCCA.
