Awards ticket order form

Career Milestones Recognition:

If you are an MCCA member who is celebrating 5+ years in the field and would like to be recognized at the MCCA awards banquet, purchase a ticket and then email Karen Kowalski and let her know what milestone you are celebrating. We recognize milestones in 5 year increments (5, 10, 15, etc.)
You must be celebrating one of these milestones between June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.
At the awards banquet you will be called up to the stage when your year is being recognized and receive a small gift.
