We are a passionate and nurturing childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. Our team values creativity, kindness, and professional development, and we are looking for an experienced and reliable Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 to join our dynamic team.

As an ECE Level 2, you will play an essential role in supporting the development and well-being of young children. You will work closely with other educators, parents, and caregivers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met and their learning environment is safe, engaging, and enriching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support developmentally appropriate educational programs for children.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Lead activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
  • Observe and assess children’s development and provide feedback to families and team members.
  • Ensure the health and safety of children in your care at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to plan and execute daily routines and activities.
  • Model leadership and professionalism while assisting in the training and mentoring of other staff members.
