Key Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing environment where children feel seen, safe, and supported
• Tune in to children's emotional and developmental needs using Circle of Security principles
• Plan and implement play-based learning experiences that support whole-child development
• Provide a secure base for children to explore from, and a safe haven to return to when needed
• Work collaboratively with a team of educators to foster a culture of trust and reflection
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, emotionally responsive, and reflective educator
• Knowledge of or openness to learning about Circle of Security 
• ECE II Classification
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within last 3 months
• Clear Child Abuse Registry Check within last 3 months
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to teamwork and growth
• Clear understanding of the English language both oral and written
• Must have ECE II Classification from Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care
