We are currently looking for  4 Child Care Assistants to join our team.  Seeking someone who shows up with heart, steps up with initiative, and contributes fully to a team that genuinely cares.  If you’re looking for a place to belong, support and feel supported, fit in and love coming to work each day, — this is the job for you. 

  1. School Age Inclusion Support Staff 
  • Location:  550 Harrow St
  • Work Hours:  Monday to Friday 7:00-9:00 am and 3:30-5:30 pm.   Additional hours available during inservice and school holidays.
  • Pay:  $17.00/hour (without 40 hour course)  or $19.40/ hour (with 40 hour course) + $2.00/hour split shift incentive

     

  1. Preschool Inclusion Support Staff 
  • Location:  550 Harrow St
  • Work Hours:  Monday to Friday 11:30-5:30 pm.   Additional hours available during inservice and school holidays.
  • Pay:  $17.00/hour (without 40 hour course)  or $19.40/ hour (with 40 hour course)

     

  1. Preschool Inclusion Support Staff 
  • Location:  611 Guelph St
  • Work Hours:  Monday to Friday 9:30-5:30 pm.   
  • Pay:  $17.00/hour (without 40 hour course)  or $19.40/ hour (with 40 hour course)

 

  1. Preschool Staff
  • Location: 611 Guelph St.
  • Work Hours: Full time hours vary; Monday to Friday
  • Pay: $17.00/hour (without 40 hour course)  or $19.40/ hour (with 40 hour course)

The Ideal Candidate Is

 A professional CCA,  with at least 1 year childcare experience in the province of Manitoba who enjoys working with children of all ages.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of child development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear Criminal record check and Clear Child Abuse Registry check - or willing to obtain 
  • Current CPR and FIRST AID certificate, Level C  -or willing to obtain 
  • Commit to Kids certificate 
  • 40 Hour Course required by MB ELCC
  • Flexible and able to work any shifts within our operating hours
