We are currently looking for a Child Care Assistant to join our team, where nurturing, attentiveness, and patience are essential qualities, not optional ones. We’re seeking someone who shows up with heart, steps up with initiative, and contributes fully to a team that genuinely cares.  If you’re looking for a place to simply “get through the day,” hide behind others, or cut corners — this isn’t the job for you.

The Ideal Candidate Is

A professional CCA,  with at least 1 year childcare experience in the province of Manitoba, flexible and able to work during our operating hours  of 7 am-5:30 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Criminal record check that is clear and current
  • Child abuse registry check with vulnerable sector search, clear and current
  • Current CPR and FIRST AID certificate, Level C
  • Commit to Kids certificate
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
