Child Care Centre Membership

The Manitoba Child Care Association is well respected as the voice of early learning and child care in Manitoba.  Our long history and expertise have helped improve and enhance the availability of licensed child care facilities in Manitoba.  A centre membership  supports the work of MCCA, and also provides the  board of directors/parent advisory committee with access to a range of benefits and services for the organization.

Centre membership dues:

Full time child care centre:  25 hours or more per week       $210.00 Annual

Part time child care centre: less than 25 hours per week      $122.50  Annual

HealthSource Plus Group Benefits Plan for Employees:  With close to  1000 members in our group benefits plan, the centre is able to experience lower rates than with a small group plan.  The group benefits plan includes life insurance, short and long term disability, extended health, dental, and vision care, as well as an employee assistance program.  It is cost shared between the employer and the employee, and the centre can choose from 3 different plans with either a three or six month waiting period.     There is a retiree plan available for centre or family child care members who have been enrolled in the HealthSource Plus group benefits plan for two prior years.
