Everyone is invited to join us to kick off the Week of the ECE at our awards banquet.
In honour of MCCA’s 50th anniversary the Thompson region is hosting an awards evening to honour all child care staff in the region.
In addition to appetizers and cocktails we will presenting the Cheryl Brockington Award as well as years of service pins to all those achieving 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc. in the field.
This event will be free to MCCA members and $20 to non members; tickets will be available for pick up or delivery please contact

MCCA members elect regional branch boards who arrange professional development, communicate member concerns and needs to the provincial board, and lead advocacy activities in the region. Active branches are eligible to receive a rebate of membership dues paid by local members to help fund activities for members in the region.
