Inclusion Facilitator

This is a full time position in our our preschool program with a combination of one on one support and  inclusive programming to ensure a child has the most individual and developmentally appropriate experiences in group care. WPCCC provides:

WPCCC is seeking an Inclusion Facilitator to support a child in our preschool program. We offer a program that provides an inclusive environment and team approach to supporting our children with additional support needs. The successful candidate will:

• Be classified as a Child Care Assistant
• Have a clear criminal record and child abuse registry check
• Have a strong understanding of child development
• Experience working developmental delays
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Ability to communicate, understand and implement suggestions provided by outside sources such as speech and language, occupational and physiotherapists
• A gentle, loving approach to children. Circle of Security training an asset
• The ability to set goals and objectives and follow through

1. Willing to obtain class 4 drivers license at the expense of the centre
