| Description | S.P.L.A.S.H. Child Care Inc. at 233 McKenzie Street is looking for and experienced Child Care Assistant to work in our school age location. We are licensed for 16 preschool(4-5 years) and 30 school age(6-12 years)This is a full-time position. S.P.L.A.S.H. is a relationship-focused, play based and land based curriculum. Circle of Security is an asset. We are community based and have been contributors to our Point Douglas community for over 35 years. | Eligible Candidates |
Eligible candidate will have: CCA classification, current Level C First aid and CPR, clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check under vulnerable sector. Completed 40 hour Child Care Course is preferred. Circle of Security training, play based and land based learning with previous experience working in a child care setting with children with additional support needs are assets. Eligible candidates should like to be outdoors in all types of weather and the ability to build strong relationships with the children by being reliable and consistent in your attendance.
