| Description | Rupertsland Daycare is looking for a qualified, impowered, professional and Ethical Child Care Worker to join our team. Task and responsibility. It requires the following: 1. Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities. 2. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities. 3. provide opportunities of creative expression through multi mediums, including art, dramatic plan, music, science, and etc. 4. work cooperatively with coworkers to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children and families. 5. communicate with parents and other family members and work partnership with them to better meet family needs. 6. assist in light housekeeping duties. 7. positive work attitude, ability to work cooperatively with others. 8. have some knowledge and understanding of child development. 9. willing to work with multi-cultural backgrounds. 10. Office work, book keeping. |
| Eligible Candidates |
Qualifications: - Classified as an CCA within the province of Manitoba - Clear criminal and child abuse record checks no less than 3 months old - Valid First Aid/CPR Level C - Must be able to work all shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm - flexibility to work with all age groups in any program we offer. - 2 years experience in a within a child care setting is an asset. |
