| Description | Morrow Early Learning and Child Development is seeking an ECE for our Rene Deleurme Site (RDC). This location is a preschool program that provides care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. RDC follows the Abecedarian Approach which is a pre-literacy and language-based approach. This program is part of a study and is partnered with multiple organizations. It provides research data for the study. |
| Eligible Candidates |
- Have Abecedarian training or basic understanding of the Abecedarian Approach. -Have strong documentation and communication skills. - Be flexible with shift times (rotation) - Have classification ( ECE ) from the province of Manitoba & current CPR certification - Updated Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Persons and Child Abuse Registry Check. - Be able to provide a nurturing, inclusive and supportive environment. |
