| Description | La Salle Kidz Inc is looking for energetic and caring ECE II/III to join our team at our NEW SITE licensed for 74 children, set to open in October 2024. Our chosen candidates will be passionate about early learning, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a special group of people with excellent communication skills and who understand what it means to be a part of a dynamic team. We are located 8 minutes outside of Winnipeg in the small town of La Salle, MB. We are a goal-oriented and community-focused organization that provides care for children ages 12 weeks-6 years. | Eligible Candidates |
-ECE II/III certification -Willing to obtain Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Check -Must have vast knowledge of Child Development -Must be familiar with the Best Practices Licensing Manual for Early Learning and Child Care -Must have experience working with preschool children and infants ages 12 weeks and up -Must have experience planning and implementing emergent curriculum, and be an expert when it comes to play-based learning We Offer: -Competitive Wages (based on qualifications) -8 hour shifts, including 1/2 hour paid lunch (averaging schedules available 4/10's) -paid planning time -paid professional development (individual and group) -8 paid sick days, 4 paid wellness days/year -Annual PAID closure between Christmas and New Years -Group Benefits and Pension Plan -excellent and supportive team environment -many opportunities for growth within our organization -The opportunity to set up a BRAND NEW site! |
