To be eligible for this position, you must:

• have an ECE 2 classification from Province of MB.
• be 18 years or older
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• have a clear and current (less than 3 months old)  criminal record and child abuse registry check or be willing to complete new checks
• have a current CPR and First Aid certificate.
• have knowledge of child development, experience working with infants and understand infant needs
• be positive, friendly, flexible and patient
• be able to work any shifts between the hours of operation of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• be familiar with play based curriculum
• be hands on and love the outdoors
• be able to work as part of a team as well as independantly

Circle of security and experience working with infants is an asset.
