Description

You will be working under the direction  of the executive director and will complete tasks related to office operations and procedures. These will include but are not limited to:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure the office is tidy, presentable, and safe.
  • Register new children. Maintain waiting list.
Eligible Candidates

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

The office admin hired for this position will bring experience working as a book keeper/ admin assist in the childcare field.  Knowledge of Childcare Pro and  Fastoche systems is required as tasks will include enrolling new children, billing and receipting through these systems. 

Must have excellent communication skills. 

Efficient in word, excel, etc.

Must be able to type. 

Driver license and car is an asset.
