| Description | Are you looking for a great opportunity to gain experience as a supervisor? We offer a great benefits package & pension. -Ability to interact positively with children, families, staff & community members. -To enforce and adhere to the “Community Child Day Care Standards Act” and Provincial Regulations. -To arrange sufficient staffing of the Centre to always maintain ratio requirements. -To ensure employees perform job responsibilities and expectations are met. -To consistently supervise, encourage and assist staff in providing a variety of experiences for children. -Ability to mentor and involve staff in the process of developing a quality Early Learning & Child Care program. -Provide ongoing orientation for new and permanent staff as needed. -Ensure policy procedures and program needs are met. -To establish and update children’s vital information records on a continuous basis. -Professional, responsible, and loyal. -Ability to plan and implement special events and outing. -Able and willing to fulfill additional tasks as assigned. -Ability to run a program with minimal supervision |
