Full Description

  • Victoria Albert Daycare Inc. is currently seeking a CCA to work a split shift in our School Age Program.  Hours for this position are:

    7:15-9:15

    12:00-1:00

    2:30-5:30pm

  • We are licensed for 45 school age children and 20 preschool children.
  • We are located on a bus route, however, do not have places to park (there may be parking available in paid lots); Please don't hold this against us as we have a lot to offer our educators and unfortunately parking is not as available as we'd like 
  • We are a play-based program and use the Circle of Security principles to guide our days.

The Ideal Candidate Is

  • Trained in Circle of Security
  • Has completed, or willing to complete Accessibility Training
  • Has completed, or willing to complete Commit to Kids Training
  • Current First Aid/CPR C 
  • CCA Classification from Manitoba (if not, please apply for it)
  • Cleared Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector search (within the past 3 months)
  • Cleared Child Abuse Registry Check (within the past 3 months)
  • Experience in a School Age Program is considered an asset
  • Willingness to work in our Preschool Program 
  • Is available Monday-Friday  7:15-9:15, 12:00-1:00, 2:30-5:30pm for the term position and then all hours when the term ends.
