About the Role

The Site Manager will work in close association with the Director in relation to overall running of the program.  The main functional areas will include program and staff supervision, administration, health and safety, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, support, and mentor staff to maintain a high-quality program.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, organizational policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Director on administrative tasks, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Foster strong communication and relationships with families, staff, and the community.
• Uphold professionalism in all aspects of program leadership and delivery.

Qualifications & Position Details

• ECE II minimum, ECE III preferred
• Minimum 2 years of child care experience
• Management experience is an asset but not required
• Starting wage $31.78/hour
• Blue Cross & Pension after 3 months
