Full Description
Kinder Korner Early Learning Centre Inc. in Steinbach has an opening for a site manager position. The site manager will work together with the supervisors and Executive Director to ensure that the center is running as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
Overview of Position
The Site Manager is responsible for the daily management of the center, the provision of high-quality early learning and childcare, and provides supervision and leadership to Childcare Centre employees as required by the Executive Director. Also, may act in the Executive Director’s absence when required.

The Ideal Candidate Is
• must be qualified as an ECE III or currently enrolled in an accredited program to achieve their ECE III post diploma certificate.
• an ECE III must have successfully completed a currently approved ECE III program based on post October 31,1991 requirements and a specialized program recognized by the Childcare Qualifications and Training Committee (CCQTC)
• participation in at least 24 hours of professional development activities annually is required.
• must be certified in First Aid and CPR
