• Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark children's curiosity, creativity, and love of learning
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based experiences
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators through open communication and collaboration
• Work as part of a caring and supportive team committed to providing exceptional early learning experiences
