Now Hiring: ECE II School Age Supervisor
Splash Child Care Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate ECE II School Age Supervisor to lead our brand-new School Age Centre at 405 Parr Street, located within and in partnership with Faraday School.
As we prepare to open this new location, we are seeking a strong leader who is ready to help build, guide, and inspire a high-quality program from the ground up.
About the Role
As the School Age Supervisor, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of the program
- Mentor and support a team of educators
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for school-age children
- Build strong relationships with families, educators, and community partners
- Bring our child-led, nature-based philosophy to life through meaningful programming

The Ideal Candidate Is
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Full-Time Supervisor to lead our school-age program! The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning, brings strong leadership skills, and is excited to grow, support, and inspire both children and educators.
You Will:
- Build meaningful, positive relationships with children, families, and your team through open and engaging communication
- Lead daily program operations while ensuring licensing standards and centre policies are met
- Use your administrative and computer skills (Childcare Pro experience is an asset; training provided) to keep things organized and running smoothly
- Create fun, engaging environments where children feel safe to explore, learn, and thrive
- Support and mentor educators, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and professional growth
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive space for all
- Guide positive behaviour and support children’s emotional development
- Join in on professional development, team meetings, and centre events
Qualifications:
- ECE II Certification (Province of Manitoba, required)
- Current First Aid & CPR (Level C)
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within 3 months)
- Clear Child Abuse Registry Check (within 3 months)
- Experience in a school-age program is an asset
- Strong understanding of child development and inclusive, play-based practices
- Great communication skills (written and verbal in English)
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience supporting children with additional needs is an asset
- A team player who can also work independently
- Circle of Security training is an asset
