Are you passionate about early learning and ready to inspire both children and educators? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Program Supervisor to help lead a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where children thrive and staff feel supported.

In this role, you’ll guide and mentor a team of dedicated educators while helping shape exciting programs that support children’s growth, curiosity, and creativity. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help ensure our preschool program runs smoothly, safely, and in alignment with licensing regulations and our organization's values (relationships, learning, creativity, respect and belonging).

What you'll do:

• Lead and support educators in delivering engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate programs
• Help plan and monitor daily routines, activities, and special events (including field trips and summer programming!)
• Foster a welcoming environment for children and families, building strong relationships and open communication
• Mentor and motivate staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development
• Ensure programs meet Manitoba licensing requirements and maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality care
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve the centre’s goals and continuously improve programs
