Lovin’ N Learnin’ DayCare was founded in 1983 on the belief that childcare should be an extension of home. We provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can grow emotionally, socially, and educationally.

Our program is designed to foster independence, confidence, and curiosity by encouraging and supporting children to explore based on their individual needs and interests. Position Summary

The Early Childhood Educator II (ECE II) position involves an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. LNL offers Employee benefits and Pension. 

The successful candidate will work with preschool aged children within a licensed program. Compensation is competitive and aligned with the Provincial Wage Grid, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

  • Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level II certification
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
  • Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check are mandatory
  • Valid Commit to Kids training
  • Minimum of 2 years of “on the floor” experience as an ECE II in Manitoba preferred
  • Circle of Security training considered an asset
