Does your passion for pedagogy live outdoors?
At Splash Early Learning Centre, we believe our children deserve more than just supervision—they deserve an architect of wonder. We are seeking a high-energy, driven ECE II who creates a curriculum based on the children’s spark.
We need an educator who understands that the land is also a teacher. If you have the initiative to lead by example, the stamina to stay active with children, and the heart to weave Indigenous culture and history into the fabric of our program, you belong here.
The Splash Way: Where Heart Meets High Standards
We live by the CARES philosophy: Collaboration, Acceptance, Respect, Excellence, and Safety.
- Nature as the Classroom: From urban gardens to the respect given to the history of the Red River’s banks, we connect children to the earth. We are looking for someone who views Forest School principles as a way of life.
- Honoring the Land: We are committed to embedding Indigenous teachings, history, and a deep respect for the land into our emergent curriculum.
- Driven by Purpose: Our team is reflective and supportive, but we move with intention. We value leaders who take the initiative, follow through on big ideas, and bring infectious energy to every interaction.

- Mentor with Excellence: Help set the bar for your team. We need an educator who models professional ethics, clear documentation, and proactive communication.
- Connect Deeply: Use your drive to truly see and respond to the individual needs of our children, ensuring no spark of curiosity goes unnoticed.
