The Role: Leading with Energy & Intent

This is a role for a doer. As our Curriculum Architect, you will:

• Design with Vision: Create a nature-based, emergent curriculum that challenges children’s development and honors Indigenous perspectives.
• Lead the Charge: This is a hands-on role. You will be physically active—exploring, climbing, and discovering alongside the children.
• Mentor with Excellence: Help set the bar for your team. We need an educator who models professional ethics, clear documentation, and proactive communication.
• Connect Deeply: Use your drive to truly see and respond to the individual needs of our children, ensuring no spark of curiosity goes unnoticed.
