Seven Oaks Child Day Care Centre Inc. is a licensed early learning and child care centre that follows a Reggio Inspired, nature based emergent practice. We value respect, teamwork, and high-quality programming.

The Ideal Candidate Is
The ECE supports and ensures their team of educators in planning, reflecting, and continuously improving curriculum quality. This role guides reflective practice, documentation, and collaboration to align programming with our program's philosophy.
What you'll do:
● Ensure and plan with team educators on curriculum planning and documentation
● Facilitate and participate in reflective discussions
● Support implementation of an emergent curriculum and Reggio inspired practices in a play based, inquiry-driven programming
● Promote inclusive and culturally responsive approaches
● Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance program quality and alignment with centre philosophy ● Participate in committees with planning and enhancing areas in the program
