The ideal candidate holds an ECE II certification, and has experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting. They demonstrate a strong understanding of child development principles along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. We are looking for someone who is patient, attentive, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and responsive to children’s needs, as well as organized and reliable. A commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and a genuine passion for early childhood education are essential.
