Full Description
EMU School Age Centre Inc is looking for an ECE II or III to join our team! We are offering a permanent, fulltime position of 40-hours per week, working 9AM - 6PM Monday through Friday year-round. We are open 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and are located inside École Margaret-Underhill in Transcona.

All successful candidates will be required to obtain:
- a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Search
- a Child Abuse Registry Check
- a current first aid and CPR certificate (level C)
- Commit 2 Kids training certificate
- Accessibility training
Circle of Security training would be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
The Ideal Candidate Is
- ECE II or ECE lll classification from province of Manitoba
- has excellent organizational skills
- has good written and verbal communication skills
- reliable, highly motivated, enthusiastic
- has the ability to plan and implement emergent and inclusive based play experiences that are developmentally appropriate
- display a high level of professionalism
- strong, positive behaviour management skills
- a genuine belief in sharing your expertise and knowledge through leadership

- has a strong understanding of child development
- the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- the ability to work in partnership with families
