Requirements include:

• ECE II certification
• Current First Aid/CPR Level C certification.
• Current criminal record/vulnerable sector check 
• Commit to Kids Certificate
• Strong understanding of child development 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Effective communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
