We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Age Program Supervisor to join our inclusive, nature-based child care center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting in May. Our program values curiosity, outdoor exploration, and creating a welcoming environment where every child and family feels they belong.

The School Age Program Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to the school-age team while supporting a high-quality program that encourages creativity, independence, and connection with the natural world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the school-age program
• Support and mentor educators to deliver engaging, inclusive programming
• Plan and implement nature-based learning experiences and outdoor activities
• Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for children of all abilities
• Build positive relationships with families, children, and the community
• Ensure licensing standards, health and safety policies, and centre procedures are followed
• Coordinate program schedules, documentation, and team communication
• This is a term position until the end of December 2026, with the possibility of becoming full-time
