We are looking for an ECE 2/3 for our preschool program.

The ECE 2/3 would work alongside 2 CCAs in a classroom of 16 children ages 2-4 years old.

• Must be qualified as an ECE 2/3 in Manitoba 
• Must be certified in First Aid/CPR Level C or willing to obtain
• Must have completed online "Commit To Kids" training or willing to obtain
• Trained in Circle of Security would be considered an asset
• Must have clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks

We offer staff weekly off the floor planning time, enhanced staff ratios, and a competitive wage scale. We are a play based centre that focuses on building positive relationships with children and uses emergent curriculum to enhance our programming.

After a three month probation period we offer full time staff; 3 weeks of vacation, 8 personal days, a group pension plan, and Blue Cross health benefits.

Our centre closes three times a year for staff professional development workshops.
