Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator Level II for a one-year term position to join our team. Located at 4249 Main St, West St Paul, this role is vital in delivering high-quality early childhood education aligned with our mission to support children's growth and development.
 

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to young children.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
• Support the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Promote positive behavior management strategies.'

  Qualifications

• Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of special education needs and working with children with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to child development.
• Certification in early childhood education or related field required.
• Prior classroom experience is highly valued.
• Circle of Security is an asset.
