Full Description

Oak Bluff Early Years (OBEY) is looking for a full time term, with the potential for permanent individual that is energetic, caring, compassionate and has experience working with infants. 

OBEY is located just outside of the southwest perimeter in Oak Bluff, MB.

We are looking for someone who has/is

  • 1-3 years of experience within an infant program
  • excellent oral and written communication skills with good comprehension of the English language
  • Flexible to meet the needs of our program between the hours of 7:00-am-5:30pm
  • Able to work independently as well as part of our amazing team
  • Enjoy working indoors and outdoors throughout the year 
  • Motivated, kind, inclusive, diverse, friendly and enthusiastic
  • Circle of Security training an asset-be willing to obtain
  • Current first aid and CPR (Level C)
  • ECE II Classification
  • Criminal Record & Child Abuse Registry checks in good standing within 3 months
  • Commit to Kids training
