an ECE II willing to:

• Communicate fluently in verbal and written English (or willing to learn)
• Implement and deliver a high-quality, child-led, and nature-based curriculum.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes learning and development
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Be a supportive team member who is able to collaborate and work with other team members to achieve program goals
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, ability to take initiative and think outside the box
• Participate in monthly newsletters and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

ECE II certification and classification in Manitoba

Current First Aid/ CPR Level C certification or be willing to complete it within the first month of employment

Clear criminal background and child abuse registry checks

Minimum 2 years of experience as an ECE II (preferred)
