Full Description
We are looking for a strong ECE II who can inspire and guide our team in a child-centered program.
We are looking for an ECE II that is committed to Early Learning and their own Professional Development. This is a position with the following benefits:

8 ½ hour shift with 1 hour paid lunch and half hour unpaid break

The Ideal Candidate Is
The ideal candidate needs to have:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an ECE II
- A current Manitoba ECE II Certificate.
- Clear and current Child Abuse and Criminal Record Checks within the last three months.
- Current Emergency First Aid CPR-C
- Knowledge in Reggio Emilia Approach principles or is eager to learn
- Willingness to learn about the Jewish culture and traditions
- Positive attitude and is willing to work cooperatively with a team of educators
- Be nurturing and follows positive behaviour techniques
- Be familiar and understand ELCC’s Best Practices policies and procedure
