Early Childhood Educator II (ECE II)
Roblin Park Children’s Programs is looking for an experienced and dedicated ECE II to join our team!
We are a licensed child care centre for 117 children, offering Nursery School, Preschool, Kinder and School Age programs.
Position Details:
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Rate of Pay: $28.51/hour
Hours: 40 hours weekly Monday to Friday
Schedule: Must be available for shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The position will primarily support our Preschool program; however, the successful candidate must be available and willing to work with children of all ages and in any program offered by the centre, based on operational needs.

The Ideal Candidate Is
We are looking for an educator who is dependable, flexible, professional and committed to building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. The successful candidate will be comfortable adapting to different age groups, classrooms and program environments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a trained Early Childhood Educator familiar with Manitoba Early Learning Framework and Best Practices.
Manitoba ECE II classification required
Valid First Aid/CPR Level C
Valid and clear criminal record and child abuse registry checks (no more than 3 months old)
Commit to Kids training completed
Manitoba Accessibility training completed
Strong communication, teamwork and documentation skills
Commitment to providing inclusive, responsive and developmentally appropriate programming
Circle of Security training is considered an asset.
