What You’ll Do

As an ECE II, you will:

• Plan and implement engaging daily activities that support all areas of development
• Create a balanced program (indoor/outdoor, active/quiet, group/individual)
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Use positive guidance and behaviour management strategies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Observe, document, and support each child’s development
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s experiences

What You Bring

• ECE II certification (required)
• Knowledge of child development and play-based learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to be flexible, organized, and attentive
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Clear Criminal Record & Child Abuse Registry Check
