Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Classification as an Early Childhood Educator II or III according to the government of Manitoba
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
• Engaging leadership style with strong adaptability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Works well independently and is organized
• Versatility, professionalism, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities effectively

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure effective management of human, financial, and facility resources
• Support and advise the Board of Directors in carrying out its responsibilities
• Supervise and engage a team of Early Childhood Educators and Child Care Assistants
