Summer (July 6 -Sept 4, 2026)
Term Position, Monday-Friday-up to 40 hours/week
Various Locations:
Elmwood-Kildonan Community Hub, 454 Kimberly Ave.
South Community Hub, 5 Fermor Ave.
West Portage Community Hub, 3550 Portage Ave.
Downtown Community Hub, 301 Vaughan St.

As a day camp counsellor, you will be a strong role model providing leadership while emphasizing fun, fitness, skill development and health and well-being in a wide variety of activities.

What else do you need?
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Strong communication and problem solving/decision making skills
- Experience working with children

The Ideal Candidate Is
Are you the right fit?
- Enjoy working with children/youth ages 4-16
- Assist in development/delivery and supervision of children’s programs and activities
- Ability to lead, encourage and engage camper participation in daily activities
- Able to build positive relationships and provide ongoing communication/leadership with campers, families, staff and volunteers
