Full Description
We are looking for experienced Child Care Assistants who meet ELCC licensing requirements in the Province of Manitoba. The chosen individuals will possess the following traits: creativity, be able to think outside the box, is a great communicator, is flexible, and is a team player.
Current first aid and CPR are required, along with current criminal record and child abuse checks (or willingness to get).
Employees must be available to work shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., and must be willing to work at either location as needed.
These positions are to fill summer relief for staff taking vacations, our summer school age program, along with additional substitute hours. Term positions are available between the months of April to August 2026.
The Ideal Candidate Is
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Child Care Assistant certification recognized by ELCC
Current First Aid and CPR training
A current Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check (within the last three months) or willingness to obtain
Assets: Circle of Security Training, Commit to Kids Training, and Accessibility Training
