The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in working with pre-school children, a positive & friendly attitude, strong interpersonal skills,  initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to maintain consistency with policies, behaviour management, attendance, confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism.
