Splash Child Enrichment Centre on McGregor is looking for an amazing Child Care Assistant to join our Team. We’ve got 40 preschoolers + 8 infants, a child-led, nature-based curriculum, and a ton of Forest School fun waiting for you.

The Ideal Candidate Is
Are you a positive, reliable, and approachable professional who enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team. bring energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for working with children into everything you do.
Here’s what it takes to shine in this role
- Valid CCA Certification/Classification in Manitoba
- Two or more years of experience in early childhood education
- Completion of a 40-hour course and Commit to Kids training
- Current First Aid Level C and AED certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check (completed within the last three months)
- A love for nature-based and land-based learning experiences
Bonus Points If You Have
- Circle of Security training
- Experience with emergent, play-based curriculum
