We are seeking a caring and dependable Child Care Assistant to support our early learning program for children aged 2–6 years. In this role, you will work collaboratively with educators to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of daily routines and age-appropriate activities, supporting children during play, transitions, meals, and rest periods, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. The Child Care Assistant will model positive behaviour, encourage independence, and respond to children’s needs with patience and professionalism.

You will also communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The ability to take initiative, adapt to changing needs, and remain attentive in a busy setting is essential.

This position requires flexibility, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
