Festival Early Learning and Child Care Centre is looking for an fun and passionate CCA to Join our happy Festival family and grow with us! We are a growing Centre, with  3 locations ( Main site, Morgan site and Buchanan site). Our Centre has 280 spaces total, from infants to School age programs. 

As a Centre, we value true passion for the profession, professionalism and very supportive of the professional development and growth of our team! We are a Play based Centre and offer children learning experience based on their interest and goals.

The Ideal Candidate Is

  • Reliable 
  • CCA classification in Manitoba
  • Can work in a fast phase work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Flexible to works at all 3 sites
  • Able to commute to all 3 sites (Main site isn't on the bus route)
  • Current First aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Possesses clear Criminal Record Checks and Child Abuse Checks (or willing to obtain)
  • Completed a 40 Hours Course (or willing to complete within first year of employment)
