We have 2 Infant Programs, each program is licensed for 8 children ages 3 months - 2 years. 

8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, including a paid 45 minute break. The scheudle may vary and may include split shifts. Candidates must be available to work all shifts within the centre operating hours (7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday).

Commensurate with experience, starting at $19.97 per hour with 40-hour training or $16.00 without.

The ideal candidate will work with a strong team including the program Supervisor, co-workers, families and the Assistant Director to provide a safe, caring and educational environment.

The chosen candidate will:

• Provide a safe, caring and educational environment 
• Observe and anticipate children’s triggers and offer tools to help regulate (e.g. deep breathing techniques, fidget gadgets, offering safe places, sensory exploration, etc.)
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families
• General daily responsibilities include diapering, assisting children in the bathroom, providing lunch and snacks, outdoor play, activities, and group activities such as circle time
• Assist in planning and implementing daily activities for preschool children
• Be a supportive team member who is able to collaborate and work with other team members to achieve program goals
• Other duties as assigned
