For over 40 years, Splash Child Care Inc. has been a proud part of Winnipeg’s North End ~ a vibrant, diverse community full of heart, connection, and culture.
We have two amazing locations:
S.P.L.A.S.H. Child Care Inc. (McKenzie) – Our School Age program, licensed for 48 children
Splash Child Enrichment Centre (McGregor) – Home to 40 preschoolers and 8 infants
We’re not your typical child care centre, we’re all about community, connection, and getting kids outside.

Full-time – 37.5 hours/week

The Ideal Candidate Is
What You Bring to the Splash Team
We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in, get their hands messy, and make a difference in children’s lives every single day. Our ideal candidate brings:
- Between 18–30 years of age at the start of employment
- Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person (as defined under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act) and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Availability to commit to 8 consecutive weeks over the summer
Your Credentials
- CCA classification through the Province of Manitoba (ELCC)
- Current Emergency First Aid & AED Level C
- Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse Registry Check (Vulnerable Sector)
- A 40-hour childcare course (considered an asset)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a CCA (preferred)
