LRCP is seeking experienced Child Care Assistants to work in our school-age and pre-school programs on a casual on-call basis covering shifts for staff who are away for holidays, sick days, professional development, appointments, or other personal reasons. The chosen individuals will possess the following traits:  Is a team player, a great communicator, flexible, likes to play, be creative, and enjoys spending time outdoors in all seasons.

Current first aid and CPR are required, along with current criminal record and child abuse checks (or willingness to get).

Employees must be available to work shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and must be willing to work at either of our 2 locations as needed. 

Summer Term positions may be available between the months of July to August 2026 for qualifying candidates.
