Splash Child Enrichment Centre on McGregor is on the hunt for an ECE II to join our vibrant team. Imagine 40 preschoolers + 8 infants, a child-led, nature-based curriculum, and Forest School adventures waiting for you every day!

The Ideal Candidate Is
Who We’re Looking For:
Are you a hands-on, passionate Early Childhood Educator who’s ready to jump in, be a role model, and help every child flourish? Do you thrive on supporting others and creating a vibrant, playful environment?
✅ ECE II certification/classification in Manitoba
✅ 2+ years of experience
✅ Current First Aid Level C & AED
✅ Clear Criminal Record & Child Abuse Registry Checks
✅ Fantastic work ethic & people skills
✅ A genuine love for kids and the great outdoors!
Bonus points if you have:
- Circle of Security training
- Experience with emergent play-based or land-based learning
