Key Responsivities:

• Knowledge in menu planning and accommodating dietary restriction and allergies
• Prepare and serve nutritious snacks for children
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kitchen at all times
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Manage inventory, food ordering, and proper storage of supplies
• Work efficiently within set timelines to ensure meals are ready on schedule
• Support team members and adapt to changing needs throughout the day

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment (2 years)
• Knowledge of for safety practices (Food Handlers Certification )
• Child Abuse Record Check (recent)
• Criminal Record Check (recent)
• First Aid/CPR
• Commit to Kids Certification is an asset
• Child Care Assistant / Certification (40hr Course is an asset)
• Driver's License (is an asset)
• Strong time management and Organizational skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-pace environment
• Able to work independently
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
