About The Role: 

At KinderWorld Daycare Inc., we know that strong leadership creates strong teams and strong teams create the best experiences for children and families. We are looking for a Supervisor who is ready to guide, support, and inspire staff while helping us deliver high-quality, inclusive child care.

 The Supervisor provides leadership within the classroom by mentoring peers, supporting curriculum planning, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
This position focuses on program quality, reflective practice, and collaboration.

 What You’ll Do

•  Lead and model high-quality, play-based programming
• Mentor and support educators in planning and documentation
• Ensure programming reflects children's interests
• Monitor health, safety, and classroom environments
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and engagement
• Promote inclusion, belonging and continuous learning
• Take charge in calm, confident and kind way, offering firm boundaries that help children feel safe and supported
• Knowledgeable about staff schedules and able to adapt schedules for unforeseen circumstances
