We're looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Early Childhood Educator to join our team and help create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where preschool-aged children can learn, grow, and thrive. In this role, you'll inspire curiosity, encourage independence, and foster a love of learning through meaningful play-based experiences. You'll build strong relationships with children and families while supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a program that values learning, creativity, respect, belonging, and relationships.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that spark children's curiosity, creativity, imagination, and love of learning.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
• Foster independence, confidence, problem-solving, and positive social skills as children learn to communicate, collaborate, and build friendships.
• Implement an emergent curriculum that reflects children's interests, strengths, developmental needs, and individual learning styles.
• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
• Encourage children's early literacy, numeracy, language development, creativity, and critical-thinking skills through meaningful everyday experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators through open communication, collaboration, and respect.
• Observe and document children's learning and development to support individual growth and inform curriculum planning.
• Work as part of a caring and supportive team committed to providing high-quality early learning experiences.
